1. Software Licensing Agreement
EnPremium LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and run the ContextWarden application binary on Apple macOS computers owned, leased, or strictly controlled by you.
- Seat Activations: A single standard purchase registers one license seat, permitting activation on up to 3 individual developer machines owned by the purchaser.
- Redistribution Limits: Decompiling, reverse engineering, repackaging, or reselling any compiled binary assets of the application or helper plists is strictly prohibited without explicit authorization.
2. Kernel & SMC Tweaks Liability Release
ContextWarden features direct integration options letting power users purge memory registers, raise task scheduling priorities, block standard sleep triggers, and bypass default thermal profiles to lock fan speed controls via custom System Management Controller (SMC) key triggers.
⚠️ SMC & Hardware Waiver: Custom cooling overrides and memory purges are executed strictly at your own technical discretion. EnPremium LLC is not liable for hardware strains, battery lifecycle metrics, or system thermal capping resulting from custom manual overrides.
3. "As-Is" Software Provision
ContextWarden is supplied "As-Is" and "With All Faults". We do not represent or guarantee that system overrides will improve compiling speeds by static margins, prevent thermal throttling on all Intel or Apple Silicon boards, or represent all remote connection port mappings completely.
4. Purchases, Merchant of Record & Refund Policies
All software purchase transactions are processed securely through certified merchants of record (including Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, or Stripe). Transaction disputes, refund windows, and invoicing terms adhere strictly to the purchase terms of the executing merchant.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of Dubai (DIFC).
