Developer Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 19, 2026
1. 100% On-Device Diagnostics Processing
ContextWarden is designed around an uncompromising "local-first" privacy model. All performance indicators, active thread lists, memory mapping values, Apple Neural Engine (ANE) load metrics, and SMC sensor data are processed strictly in volatile memory on your Mac.
None of this diagnostic information is ever captured, aggregated, transmitted, or logged onto EnPremium servers or external third-party cloud infrastructure.
🔒 Absolute Data Sovereign: Your code matrices, compiled projects, local Docker states, and running LLM scopes remain completely private. We have zero channels to capture what you do on your machine.
2. Complete Exclusion of Analytics Tracker
We are developers ourselves and respect your environment footprint. ContextWarden does not include any third-party telemetry monitors, crash reporting trackers, or behavioral analytics software. No Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or silent diagnostic scripts are compiled inside the application bundle.
3. API Token Cryptographic Storage
For custom settings mapping to local reverse proxies or API Sentinel portals:
- Your authorization keys and environment tokens are written directly using Apple's native hardware-backed **System Keychain Services**.
- They are securely isolated using biometric authentication (Touch ID) when configured, and are never saved inside plain-text plist caches.
4. Sandboxing & Apple Compliance
ContextWarden is fully compliant with modern macOS sandboxing specifications, preventing unexpected processes or third-party libraries from probing memory allocations or triggering disk reads without explicit permission consent.
5. Inquiries & Security Audits
For custom business license audits, developer inquiries, or security verification reports, please contact our sovereign technology division through the EnPremium portal.
