1 Overview & Controller

EnPremium LLC ("EnPremium", "we", "us", or "our") is the data controller responsible for your information. Our registered office is located in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, with operational hubs in Dubai, UAE and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This Privacy Policy applies to all EnPremium products and services, including ContextWarden, SnipferAI, Massar Careers, and ScopeShield, as well as our website at enpremiumllc.com.

By using our products or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our products.

2 ContextWarden — Data Practices

ContextWarden is a native macOS menu bar utility that reads local hardware telemetry — including CPU usage, memory pressure, GPU load, Apple Neural Engine (ANE) activity, disk usage, network bandwidth, and fan/thermal data — solely to display this information to you in real time.

Specifically, ContextWarden:

• Reads system metrics using Apple's IOKit, IOPowerSources, and public macOS APIs
• Reads process lists using standard macOS process APIs (visible in Activity Monitor)
• Stores all preferences and settings locally in macOS UserDefaults on your device
• Does not transmit any telemetry, usage analytics, or crash reports to external servers
• Does not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information
• Does not track your location
• Does not access your files, photos, messages, or contacts
• Does not share any data with third parties

The App Sandbox entitlement is enabled, restricting the app's access to only what is necessary to display system performance data. Network access is used solely for optional features such as pinging external hosts for latency checks and checking for app updates — both of which can be disabled in Settings.

3 Information We Collect

Depending on the product and how you interact with us, we may collect:

Information you provide directly:

• Name and email address when you contact us or create an account
• Payment information processed by our secure payment partners (we never store raw card data)
• Messages submitted through our contact or support forms
• License keys submitted for product activation

Information collected automatically (website only):

• Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and page visit timestamps
• Referral source and pages visited on enpremiumllc.com

ContextWarden (macOS app) — collects none of the above. See Section 2 for the app's specific data practices.

4 We Do Not Sell Your Data

We use the information we collect only to provide and improve our products and services, respond to your requests, and communicate with you about your account or purchases.

5 Third-Party Services

Some EnPremium products integrate with third-party services. These providers have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them:

• Payment Processing: Stripe or Apple Pay — handles all payment transactions. We never receive or store your card details.
• App Distribution: Apple's Mac App Store — subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Email Communications: We use a transactional email provider to deliver receipts and support replies.

ContextWarden, SnipferAI, and ScopeShield operate entirely on-device and do not integrate with any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

6 Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

• Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years
• License and transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
• Account data is deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request
• ContextWarden stores all its data locally on your Mac; uninstalling the app removes all local data

7 Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect any personal data we hold, including:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest
• Strict access controls — only personnel who need data to do their jobs can access it
• Regular security reviews of our infrastructure and codebases

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8 Children's Privacy

Our products and services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

9 Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to certain processing of your data
• Restriction: Request that we restrict processing of your data
• Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

If you are located in the European Union or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will provide prominent notice on our website or, where appropriate, notify you directly.

Continued use of our products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
